We currently have two OKRs, the goals we’re working towards as a company, within our teams, and as individuals.

To be a place that we all love to work so we perform at our best, keep our skills here, and attract the best people.

How do we measure this?

  • 8.5+/10 team average happiness in role monthly check-in survey
  • 8.5+/10 employee net promoter score survey, anonymous.

To become the F1 Team equivalent of agency efficiency so we can deliver more for our clients with less stress.

How do we measure this?

  • $115 actual revenue per person hour
  • Target 48% gross profit

Holding yourself and others to account means we are trusting and empowering each other to do the important things in our roles (with the level of coaching and support needed). And when things don’t go to plan, we review it, learn from it and integrate the wisdom into future ways of working for better client delivery.

Ways of Working

While you work in teams, people from each team work closely together to deliver for our client. Every day, mini teams are created within Nous to get the job done for the client. From client service, to admin, to design and development – people from each team work together to solve challenges and create great work for our clients.

There are no team barriers – you work closely together to get the best outcome for the client. You will be a part of many different teams within Nous to get a variety of work and solutions delivered for our clients. Everyone cares and wants to see the best outcome possible.
