IntelliHR

We use an HR tool called IntelliHR so together we can manage your employment and career development at Nous.

We use this tool to support our team, including onboarding, performance management, feedback and check-ins, training and development, goal setting, distribution of policies and shared information. Details of your employment and records are stored within your personal IntelliHR profile.

Monthly check-ins

We’ll ask you to do a monthly check-in to let us know how you are getting on in your role and catch up with you for a coffee and a chat every 2 months. A check-in form will be sent to you, through IntelliHR, on the 15th of the month, and is due in 5 business days.

It’s important to complete your check-in on time, to let us know how you are getting on and tracking towards your role specific goals. This helps us to help you in the moment, celebrate your wins when they’re fresh, and support you.

Your monthly feedback is stored in your IntelliHR profile and is there to draw on at your performance review, saving you time and making that conversation so much better.

6 monthly performance reviews

Every six months a more detailed review takes place to discuss your progress, goals and two-way feedback, and an annual development plan will take place on your anniversary.

Ahead of your 6 monthly review, you will receive a Self-Assessment Form through IntelliHR. Once completed, your manager will book a one-on-one with you.

This self-assessment asks you to:

  • Evaluate your performance across 4 criteria (productivity and time management, quality and accuracy of work, teamwork and communication)
  • Reflect on how you have integrated the 5 ways of being into your daily practice
  • Conduct a role evaluation – what you see as your main responsibilities, what you’ve enjoyed the most, what you excelled at, to share any suggestions for improvement in processes and efficiency at Nous, and
  • How we can help you.

Goal Setting

At your one-on-ones, your manager will work with you to set goals for the coming period. These could be strategic goals aligning with the company’s OKRs, or personal development goals, specific to your growth in the role or skills development. A goal will be created for you within your IntelliHR profile, where your targets and progress can be tracked and managed.

Courses and Upskilling

From time to time we run in-house courses, along with Google Certification, Marketo training and much more. If there is a work-related course that you are interested in, get the info together and discuss any training with your manager, or see one of the Directors.

Events

We love a bit of networking and to keep up with industry news and developments. If there is an industry event you would like to attend or think could be of value to the team or our clients, let us know. We’ll take a look at it and maybe get a few of the team together.
