Google My Business is a free tool for businesses and organisations to manage their online presence across Google. In addition to managing the information users see when the search for your business, the tool allows you to read and respond to reviews from your customers.

Google found that businesses that verify their information with Google My Business are twice as likely to be considered reputable by customers.[1]


Sharing Your Google My Business Listing With Nous

To provide Nous with access to your Google My Business listing, it’s just a matter of:

  1. Log in to the Google My Business dashboard at: https://business.google.com
  2. If you have multiple locations, open the specific location that you would like to manage
  3. Click ‘Users’ in the left sidebar menu
  4. Click the ‘Invite new users’ icon in the top-right corner
  5. Enter the email address [email protected]
  6. Select the role “Manager” from the ‘Choose a role’ dropdown
  7. Click the ‘Invite’ button
