Sunsuper: Triggers

‘Triggers’ was developed in answer to extensive research, whereby we developed a matrix of targeted, creative and relevant messages to Sunsuper members throughout different cycles of their membership. 

One element of ‘Triggers’ is a DM piece created for under 30’s – a hard to engage with demographic. The piece centered around the appeal of receiving less mail - hence the smaller size of the piece as a play on this, and the incentive of winning 1 of 20 ipod Nano’s. We provided their member number to make it easy for them and gave them the option to go online immediately to enter details. The piece was plastic wrapped to ensure it stood out from other ‘everyday’ mail.
