Sunsuper: Salary Sacrifice eDM

As part of Sunsuper’s ‘ Triggers’ program we trialed eDM to members to salary sacrifice and save tax. We tested two different creative approaches:

1) The warm approach - conveyed the information via a case study which talked about Amanda, what she earns and what she could save in tax by salary sacrificing.

2) The bar graph – this time we displayed the same information in a visual bar graph to graphically show the difference. Which do you think won?

The ‘warm’ approach won hands down with double the response rates to the bar graph.
