Sunsuper: On Track Campaign
Many Sunsuper members were unaware they have free access to qualified financial planners. To communicate this offer called “On Track”, a series of DM letters were developed to target members at different phases when nearing retirement. A complementary fulfillment brochure (which could also be accessed online) supported the DM.

The response rate was four times greater than industry standard. Sunsuper received an influx of calls asking for more information and requesting the On Track brochure. We are now rolling this out, testing further creative within individual age brackets, to try and get even better results!
