Sunsuper wanted to trial direct marketing life insurance to their members. We set our task to ensuring the tone was right, and the piece simple and easy to understand and respond to. The brief included response vehicle of 1800 number, but we convinced the client to include a second response device – a pre-populated tear off slip with reply paid envelope.

This simple response device provided an additional 95% responses.  The initial response rate is very encouraging and better still it is growing as the campaign continues.
