Sunsuper: Reacquisition
Sunsuper needed to find a solution to their problem – too many of their members were “unattached” (that is no super guarantee contributions).
The difficulty of re-engaging with these members was further complicated by super being of low interest to most, a myriad of reasons as to why people (or their employers) stop their regular contributions and many members not even realising they were no longer contributing.

By analysing the data and behaviour, and producing a solution that was arresting, engaging and very easy to respond to, we achieved a return of 1 in 5 members, a staggering 20% response! This also led to the only ADMA Effectiveness award won in Queensland in 2010.
