RACQ wanted to increase the effectiveness of previous ‘Member-get-Member’ campaigns. A simple postcard was sent to existing members encouraging them to purchase a gift membership. It focused on the gift giving season and was mailed to members who had recently experienced a positive roadside experience. To encourage response, the chance to win cash was used as an incentive.
