Pure Mountain: Spring Water

Pure Mountain managed a very high customer retention rate and a good conversion-to-enquiry. However the initial response to marketing efforts was lacking. A more ‘hard-hitting’ creative approach was developed, including three offers that were initially tested, then rolled out once results were identified. Letterbox drop vs direct mail was also tested to uncover the most cost-effective medium.
